I purchased these hooks in variuos sizes a while ago but hadn't really got round to using them until recently. I tied up a few #18 Plume Tips and the first fish that I caught was a 5-6lb overwintered Brownie that fought like a demon. Needless to say there were a few anxious moments whilst this fish took me in to the backing twice but the hook held all through this epic battle and on netting the fish there it was firmly in the scissors.
Great hooks with a hidden strength when comparing their size and delicacy.
