Troutline Return & Refund Policy (EU Compliant)

At Troutline, your satisfaction matters.
If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it — as long as the product arrives back to us within 15 calendar days from the day you received it.

Return Conditions (EU Customers)

You may return any product — including discounted or promotional items — for a full refund.
No hidden fees.

To qualify, the product must:

• Be unopened, unused, and undamaged
• Be in the original packaging
• Arrive at our shop within 15 calendar days from the day you received the parcel
• Be returned using a Registered Fast Shipping Service with tracking

You are responsible for:

• The cost of return shipping
• The initial delivery cost (if it was covered by Troutline)

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Returns from Outside the EU

If you're located outside the European Union, please note:

• You are responsible for all local customs duties, VAT, import/export fees, and related charges
• This applies both when receiving the parcel and when returning it
• Any customs clearance fees, duties, or export paperwork costs paid by Troutline will be deducted from your refund
• If you refuse the shipment or it is returned by your customs office, we will deduct all shipping and customs costs incurred

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order or initiating a return.

When We Cannot Offer a Refund

A refund may be partially reduced or refused in the following cases:

• The product is used, opened, damaged, or incomplete
• The return arrives after the 15-day deadline
• The product is custom-made
• The item was a special order requested by the customer and is not listed in our online shop

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number
3. Confirm your intent to return the item
4. Ship the product immediately after confirmation, so it arrives within the 15-day window
