Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed and the weight/size of the items. To check the exact shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and shipping method and any additional costs will be calculated in real time.

Handling Fees

If your order is worth less than 60 euros, there will be a €6 handling and packaging fee added to the shipping cost. However, if your order is worth more than €60 euros, we will cover the handling and packaging fee for you.

Eu Countries - Economy Post Service with delivery est time to 9-14 working days

We’ve added a new Economy Post shipping option, offering a budget-friendly way to receive your order. Tracking can be done through your local postal service, but please note that real-time tracking is not available while the parcel is in transit. Tracking updates will only appear once the package reaches your country. If you're looking for an affordable delivery option, Economy Post is now available at checkout!

Eu Countries - Fast Shipping Service with delivery est time to 3-6 working days

Receive your order faster with delivery in up to 6 business days. Prices are approximate and may differ slightly at checkout. For Scandinavian countries this service is not available.

EU countries - Express Shipping  with est. delivery time of 1-2 days

Get your order delivered within 24-48 hours for ultimate speed. Prices are approximate and may differ slightly at checkout. 

UK and North Ireland - Express Shipping  with est. delivery time of 2-5 days

Due to Post-Brexit regulations and the complex procedures required for export documentation by the U, we can no longer deliver orders via economy postal services. From now on, all UK orders will be shipped exclusively via DHL and FedEx.. All UK customers will receive a 19% VAT refund after placing their order. .

USA - Express Shipping

All orders received until 12:00 (GMT + 2) Bucharest time will be delivered in the same day. The delivery will be usual next day. All orders received after this hour will be delivered next day. All orders received in weekends or in holiday time will be delivered next working day. Some remote places are not covered by couriers and for this reason the shipping cost and time can vary.

Worldwide and non EU Countries

We ship only with Express Shipping Service - a premium service able to provide tracking in real time. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, chosen shipping method.

Delivery Areas

• Our Fast Shipping Service and Next Day Delivery Service are available to most addresses. However, there may be some remote areas where delivery times may be longer.

• We do not have shipping options for European islands like: Sardegna, Corsica, Greek Icelands, Turkish Icelands, Spanish Icelands, Balears Icelands, Tenerife, Wight Island, Gurney, Jersey, Isle of Man. The orders received from these areas will be canceled.

Additional Information

• The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, chosen shipping method. Please note that larger or heavier items may incur additional shipping charges.

• The delivery time is estimated and some delays may occur due the local factors from each country of destination

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. If a client refuses to receive the order the shipping and Customs costs paid for export documents will be deducted from the returned value.

• VAT Refund Policy: Our shop does not offer a VAT-free facility.
