Troutline Black Friday happens in November each year and it’s the shopping event with the most offers and discounts specially prepared for this day. This year, the event will take place on November 23-26th.

2. Are you ready for Black Friday? What you need to do and know so you don’t miss the desired products!

*We recommend you to have an account, this way anything you add to the cart will remain there and will not be deleted. The clients who wish to make an order as a visitor can lose the products in the cart because of the browser’s cache session.

*Make sure all your data is complete and updated in your client account, including the delivery address.

*For a quick payment of your products, you can use the credit card or paypal payment option. This type of payment is completely safe and quick. The SEPA payment through bank transfer is slower and it takes two days, that’s why your products can arrive late.

*The products you select are automatically reserved and are delivered from the Troutline workshop, by Courier Service or DHL Express. During Black Friday, we don’t  recommend deliveries through the International Post because there are often delays up to 6 weeks

3. How did Black Friday appear?

- Black Friday is for many of us the most anticipated shopping event of the year. Black Friday got its name from a negative event, because of the commotion happening in the ’60s in America.
At that time, in occasion of the beginning of Christmas shopping season, there were a lot of traffic jams, accidents and even acts of violence, all because of the desperation to obtain the much desired products.

- In time, the store reacted and gave a different connotation to the event. They transformed the series of incidents in an event that everyone could enjoy. They organized never before seen sales and promotions, thus becoming a unique event of the year.
Our team will make their best to quickly reply to our customers’ orders. We will wake up really early, at 6 we will be at the office, we’ll drink plenty of coffee while preparing the packages and for 4 days we’ll stay at the office until 10 at night to prepare and deliver them.
