it is good if you want to make durable flies. For example I use it when I want to fix better the lead wire on the hook shank. With normal head cement I need to wait a few good time. First thing,it's watery unlike other resins I've used,but once you get use it it its great for coating quill nymphs and drys as it don't make the fly look bulky but still gives a good shine and protection......great for peacock quill dry and emergers.peridigones nymphs ,a small drop on the body,rotate the fly as you spread it over with a cocktail stick the blast it with a uv torch,...good value. Now I'm at my second bottle with your head cement and I can tell you that is the best ever that I used until now. Is thin, transparent and I use it even for my perdigon flies. Much thinner compared with classic UV resin and coats perfectly!Rating
