How to use the Troutline Universal CDC Dressing on silk fly lines:

• it can be used on silk lines, we recommend to apply this natural CDC grease on line with a day before fishing or when the line is dried to maximised the floating.
• just rubb the line with a this CDC paste and be sure that is well applied on it
• do not overload the line with this grease,  just a small quantity is enough
• we recommend to let the silk line over night so that the grease have enough time to penetrate the silk fibres
• we consider the best product for silk lines

How to use the Troutline Universal CDC Dressing on PVC fly lines:

• clean the line with water and soap if you have time then dry it for a few minutes.
• after the line is cleaned apply a small quantity and rubb it gently to apply the grease as uniform as possible
• do not overload with grease
• you can fish the line right away.
• if the line is old and the plastic coating is cracked then apply the grease more often

How to use the Troutline Universal CDC Dressing on leaders and tippet:

• add on your fingers tips a small quantity of CDC dressing
• rubb gently the tippet/leader
• start fishing right away
• repeat when is needed

How to use the Troutline Universal CDC Dressing on dry flies:

• add on your fingers tips a small quantity of CDC dressing paste
• rubb as much as possible the fly ( if is dried from your box)
• do not overload the fly with grease
• if the fly is wet and dirty with fish slime wash the slime, dry the fly with amadou and then apply the CDC floatant
