Troutline Tactical Hot Spotted Quill BL Emerger is one of the most efficient emerger from our series. It is extremely efficient when is used for grayling from middle Summer till end of the season.

How to fish it:
- we recommend it to be used as a single fly
- we recommend to be used long and delicate leaders
- medium and slow running rivers are perfect for this fly
- this model works well on grayling in cloudy days or late in evenings
- can be used in tandem with other dry fly if the river is fast flowing
- it is a tip type of fly
- the body should stay sink in water so do not put floating solution on it.

Please note that due to the recent addition of peacock to the CITES list, the sale of peacock feathers is now prohibited in the USA. While our stock of feathers was acquired prior to this restriction, we want to assure you that all of our feathers are sourced exclusively from local breeders who raise peacocks in small households as pet birds. Furthermore, our feathers are only harvested during the birds' natural moulting process and do not come from endangered wild birds. However, as we are unable to sell peacock feathers in the USA, we will soon no longer offer them for sale. We cannot sell artificial flies that have these feathers in the composition.
