San Juan Chenille Worm

San Juan Chenille Worm is a dense chenille made on thread core which goes soft and mobile in water after. This type of chenille vibrant and nice colored with a diameter of aprox 4mm suits perfectly for tying San Juan worms and all kind of aquatic worms that proved to be very effective for fishing in high or muddy waters.

Tying details:

• perfect for San Juan worms
• can be used for tying worms on jig hooks to replace the Squirmy Wormie nymph
•  you can leave one "tail" or  2 at both sides
• we advice to use a lighter to heat  the chenille at sides to stay durable

Fishing flies tied with chenille:

• we recommend to be used when water is rising after rain
• we recommend to be used as top flies in deep pools or close to structures like big rocks and stones where big trout are hiding
• play the fly  as much as possible between stones
• let the current to move the tails and keep the fly   as close as possible to the bottom
• the strike will be violent and big trout will take them
• strong colors are perfect stimulator flies and can be used not only for trout but also for bass fishing, grayling and zander fishing in the same time
