Sometimes is better to test new products because you will obtain interesting flies that will surprise the fish. Imagine that you are using almost the same flies and you practice C&R. In time the fish will "lern" those flies and the number of catch will decrease.
Body Quill is an interesting material for making bodies for dry flies, emergers and nymphs because is thin and translucent and that offers to the flies a realistic look
Combining 2 colors or more of this tying material will give you very interesting bodies with very nice colors and shades.
If you coat the body with UV resin you will obtain beautiful buzzer bodies or effective and resistant body nymphs!
