Hemingway's Gammarus Back is a thin printed foil with pre-cut gammarus shapes so that you can peal off easily.
You can tie super simple, use a curved hook, add tungsten wire to add weight without making the body too bulky. Then a little bit of spiky dubbing and fix this gammarus back with mono in open turns. The fly is ready and you can use it for fresh water and saltwater in the same time :)
